Handmade Primitive Style Hooked Rug Pigs collection and Hearts Folk Art my original design

I designed this rug myself, and enjoyed every minute of hooking it. It is a primitive design, 3 pigs hooked in shades of deep eggplant purple, and 4 hearts in a rich red, with a background of tan, taupe, and collection verdigris-dyed green wools. It is truly one of a kind, and the colors are stunning together.
The rug is hooked on sturdy cotton monks cloth, and has a rolled binding that has been finished with a tight secure crochet around the edge in shades of taupe and olive to compliment the background colors.
measures 22 inches wide by 18 inches tall, this can grace a small floor area, or be nailed/pinned to a wall, cupboard, etc, fun folksy design.
