For these mats, we used a hemp-cotton blend to create a soft touch, grippy surface designed specifically for yoga and pilates practice.
The parallel grid stitching is specifically designed to help you find proper alignment in your yoga or pilates postures.

This mat is beautifully finished and offers great comfort in addition to its large size.
It is recommended for yoga, meditation or relaxation.

Off-white color, the hemp has not been treated, it is in its natural state
