BUCKNER DESIGN HOUSE (BDH) UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE FOR 1 COLLECTION FOR MASS PRODUCTION


CONDITIONS OF USE:

- This Unlimited License grants you, The Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the digital graphic design file you purchase FOR MASS PRODUCTION.
- Please understand that this is a non-exclusive license and BDH will continue to use and sell these same products.
- By purchasing this Extended Commercial License, you accept and agree to adhere to the following conditions. Please read them carefully. Contact us with any questions.
- This is a one time use license, for one collection individual paper or clipart pack. If you wish to purchase additional digital artwork packs a separate license would need to be purchased for each one.


YOU NEED TO BUY THIS UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE WHEN:

- You plan to revise, recolor and alter the artwork as needed.
- You use BDH clip arts or digital papers as backgrounds for your designs created to sell and mass produce, such as book publishing.
- Use the elements from our designs to create your own unique papers, products to resell.
- This license allows you to use BDH illustrations for your small business without artwork credit to Buckner Design House. This commercial use license is valid for UNLIMITED TIME and applies to a single product (digital illustration package).
- If you are sending proofs to clients, all designs must be a flattened and rasterized file so that your client cannot copy our artwork.
- Use the designs for marketing materials.
- Use my designs to create DERIVATIVE digital scrapbook kit pieces, papers, elements or cards, invites, custom blog themes, logos, headers, banners, printable collage sheets, photography albums/cards/storyboards, books consisting largely of illustrations, posters, stationery, folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, stickers, calendars, mugs and glasses, mouse pads, T-shirts, clothing, etc.
- A third party is manufacturing your products (such as Zazzle).
- Use the designs for digital printed textiles WITH NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF individual pieces or yards.
- You want to use my illustrations in a premade projects, such as premade logo, web and blog templates WITH NO TIME OR AMOUNT LIMITATIONS.


YOU MAY NOT:

- You may not offer the designs in their original form as textile designs for resale.
- Claim any of our artwork as your own. The copyright remains with BDH.
- Use the designs in their original form to create stock art or clip art packs.
- You may not share the files, offer as freebies, giveaways or downloads.
- Resell or redistribute the items in their original form as digital products.


PURCHASE INSTRUCTION:

- You need to buy UNLIMITED Commercial Use License for each item from my shop that you want to use commercially WITH NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF ITEMS PRODUCED.
- No digital illustration files are included with this download. All digital illustration or digital papers packages must be purchased separately.
- For each digital illustration package, an individual Commercial License is required.
- If you already bought something from Buckner Design House and you decided to use it commercially buy this Commercial License and write in comment section for which product you bought it.
- No document will be sent to you after purchasing this Commercial License. Receipt of purchase confirms right for commercial use. We suggest keeping a copy of this license on your hard drive.
- The illustrations may not be resold, sub licensed, rented, transferred or otherwise made available for use or detached from a product, software application or web page without written permission from Buckner Design House.
