A beautiful true vintage collectible, perfect as a costume piece or statement formal wear.

Features a red sweetheart neckline 'bustier' top, flared chiffon polka dot skirt (with inner tulle to give it extra lift, perfect for twirling), fuzzy embossed red polka dots, and lots of playful retro glamour....

Would look beautiful with matching stilettos and red lipstick.
