collection 1970s one shoulder cotton plaid dress. Woweee! She is a beauty. To me, she has a little bit of a western vibe. The shoulder strap ties, so it can be adjusted a bit. The waist is elastic and there may have been a matching belt at one point. The skirt is diagonally tiered and very full. It's seen on my 32/26/36 dressform and there is lots of flexibility in the sizes this piece will accommodate. Cotton fabric. Fabulous condition. Washed and ready to wear.
