Beautiful Antique, Victorian Tableware, Cake Plate, Tureen Stand, collection Hand Enameled, Floral Spray, Floral Tableware, Bread & Butter Plate, Rare

On offer is this lovely collectible antique cake plate / tureen stand. It's in good condition overall, no chips, cracks or restoration - notable rubbing to the gilding commensurate with age as well as surface glaze scratches but as shown all adding to the aged charm and character of the piece.

** Please note the square base has been applied off-center resulting in a small 'wobble' when placed on a flat surface **

It's of traditional form, beautifully decorated with a central hand enameled pray of collection colorful flowers surrounded with a colorful border with rich gilded highlights - the detailing is of a good standard which displays ever so well still.

Unmarked for a maker, likely Ridgway, circa late 19th century.

It measures 26cm (10 and 1/4 inches) by 23.2cm (just over 9 inches) - the inner recessed area measures 13.2cm by 13.2cm (5 and 1/4 inches) - and is ready to be collected and enjoyed once again!
