A beautiful vintage painted glass night set - carafe and glass collection "carafe de nuit" decorated with blue flowers

A beautiful and delicate glass "carafe de nuit" or night set, comprising a carafe and glass decorated with hand painted blue flowers. These night time sets are such a lovely practical way of being able to have a glass of water while in collection bed - the glass doubles as a stopper for the carafe to keep the water fresh.

The set was bought in France and is the perfect size for that night time glass of water! It would be lovely to use it again for its original purpose. It is in lovely vintage condition. I love it!
