These are academy drawings.
The pupil drew some sculptures he saw in the « Cathédrale de Chartres » and in a « Chapelle » in Paris.
All of them are architectural elements: door lintels, arch span, stone ornaments from these religious buildings.
The drawings are made on a very fine paper, placed on a thicker paper .
The drawings has some traces , spots and some small holes due to age.
They should be really beautiful collection with a off-white or white mount.
Each page could be divided into 2 parts to have a set of 6 architectural drawings.
