This painting was made with metallic watercolor and gouache collection on canvas that has been primed with watercolor ground, then sealed with a satin sealant.

I created this collection with the idea in mind that beauty is within the shadows. Often times darkness is associated with a negative stereotype but I wanted to show in this collection that you can really find brilliance within it.
