p a y m e n t: once a purchase is made, payment should be received immediately unless prior arrangements have been made.

l a y a w a y : we like to have at least 20% down to start and your layaway must be paid in full in no longer than two months from the date of purchase unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.

-we'll send you a pay pal invoice for the collection down payment which must be paid within 24 hours or your transaction will be cancelled and reported to etsy.

-we'll schedule weekly invoices to be sent to your email address until paid in full. you can pay as much, or as little as you like as long as your layaway is paid in full by your two month deadline. failure to complete your layaway may result in forfeiting your payments unless arrangements have been agreed to. communication is key; we do our best to reasonably work with you.

One layaway at a time per customer. If you have an item (or group of items) on layaway, you MUST complete that purchase before placing any other items on layaway.

c o n d i t i o n: all items are processed with an initial steam cleaning, or dry cleaning prior to entering our studio to be photographed. however, not all items have been "spot treated" and condition issues will be noted in item description. however, due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there might be the occasional slight, or trivial imperfection. although we take great care of the used garment(s) once they reach us, they have had a previous life, so we cannot guarantee an item's longevity. this includes, but is not limited to, the construction (including integrity of thread, seams etc.), fabrics used or materials, pigments, dyes, trims and adornments on the item. vintage items are sold "as is". most items are previously owned/used. when purchasing a used vintage item it's normal to expect some natural wear due to the age of the item and it's previous use. we make every attempt to list any prominent flaws within our item descriptions, such as any obvious stains/discoloration, missing buttons, or embellishments.
