The landscape and garden designs of Rose were the very best of modernism of the period, and the book should act as a reminder to many out there restoring mid-century houses, that the landscape design is equally important.

Condition is VERY GOOD+ ; covers very clean with minimal wear to corners and spine ends. Binding collection tight. Endpapers sunned at very edges. Text clean and near perfect. Dust Jacket is VERY GOOD ; very clean with some edge wear and very small closed tears. Front has a litt;e delamination of the clear overlay, along the top edge.
