This piece is on a wood board 5 3/4" x 7 7/8" X 5/16" There is a slight curve to the board. There is a hangar on the back so It's ready to put up on the wall. This piece is one of my favorites and it took me a long time to let it go. It's all about the Trickster element,the trickster/clown is incarnated as a clever, mischievous man or creature, who tries to survive the dangers and challenges of the world using trickery and deceit as a defense. As a person who was involved in paranormal research for years, I was familiar with the Trickster force, making cameras jam at the wrong moment, creating illusive phenomena to divert attention, etc. And of course, it can work it's strange magic in so many ways in everyday life. So that collection was the inspiration for this piece. It is composed of stained glass, glass cabochons, Murano Millefiori, mother of pearl beads, brass rings and broken jewelry.
