Japanese Kutani Plates, Vintage Handpainted collection Floral Porcelain Plates with Gold Trim

Two elegant vintage Japanese Kutani porcelain plates, handpainted in an intricate collection floral design with gilt rim and details. The sauce or pin dishes are beautifully painted with a deep blue background; orange, pink, yellow, white, blue, and green flowers; and small polka dots in blue and red. On the back they have a red signature or kiln mark in Japanese characters, plus the two-character Kutani ware mark imprinted in the porcelain. The plates are in excellent condition.
