Antique Venetian collection trade beads

I saw them also called African trade beads and milefiori glass beads. The strand is almost uniform but there is about five different beads on one end of the strand. Estimated to be over 100 years old these beads are made of glass and were produced with a technique that is unique to a time period and location. Made in Europe and traded along the coast of Africa they have seen a lot of wear and tear. A few beads collection are broken some chipped as well. Overall they are still in good condition with wear appropriate for their age. A really interesting collectable!.
