Made of plastic measures 11 1/4" x 5".

Unique pennant with a intricat wrought iron "window" that opens to a collection beautifully dressed in full costume, Flamingo Dancer.

She is dressed in blue fabric and gold lame wearing a lovely matilla holding a fan.

The detail is amazing.

Fantastic, beautiful pennant.
