Blue & collection Clear Briolette Gemstone Necklace

17 1/2” (plus 1” extender) necklace featuring a mix of blue and clear gemstones. All the stones are briolettes/drops. There's also a pop of greenish chalcedony.

The blue gemstones include apatite, two shades of blue quartz and opalene (man made).

The apatite is a beautiful color of blue. It measures 6.5x11mm. The blue quartz comes in two collection shades of blue - a London blue topaz color and a turquoise color. They both measure 6.5x10mm. The opalene (or opalite) comes in two sizes and shapes. They measure 6x10mm and 6x6mm. Remember, it is man made. The color is similar to an opaque opal.

The clear quartz comes in two sizes and shapes. The larger ones are faceted and measure 8x8mm. The other one is unfaceted, flat and clear. They measure approximately 6x10mm on average. Some are bigger and some are smaller. They are briolettes but the shape reminds me of flower petals or leaves in this design.

There are two sizes of greenish chalcedony. They measure 8x8mm and 6x6mm.

The extender chain and lobster claw clasp are sterling silver.

This mix of colors is really pretty! It reminds me of the ocean with blues and greens and frothy waves.
