*How long will my order take?
Our pieces are handmade-to-order by our in-house jewellers, please consider this when you make your purchase. It takes about 3 to 10 business days to fulfill your order. Most orders are ready within 5 business days. Shipping times are dependent on the shipping services selected by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays.

*What is your refund policy?:
Misc. Jewellery reviews returns on a case-by-case basis. Our pieces are handmade-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of your delivery. Misc. Jewellery offers full refunds in cases where the issue is a clear and direct result of our own wrong doing. Examples include, incorrect size/material/stone/engraving, or jewellery that arrives in damaged condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days once the order has arrived back at our address. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Misc. Jewellery has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

*What if I ordered the wrong size?
Misc. Jewellery offers $10-15 resizing services for all our customers! We just ask that you also pay for the shipping and return fee :). Please contact us for an exact quote.
