Unique vintage Buddha statue that I purchased from an estate sale in it's original black color. I felt that bright colors will enhance this unique statue, so I combined different colors until I got the results I was hoping for.
It probably made of some kind of resin blend. after hand painting it, I sealed it with few coats of clear sealer.
The Buddha face are beautiful and tranquil. in total peace. nice detail if the face and hair.
Relatively light in weight.

MEASUREMENTS: 15.50" height. 5.50" width

CONDITION: Being a vintage item, there are signs of time. I hand painted it, but you can see some signs of wear (please see pic #9). Price reduced accordingly.

The meaning of Akshobhya Buddha
One of the Five Wisdom Buddhas, a product of the Adibuddha, who represents consciousness as an aspect of reality. Akshobhya symbolizes a clear mirror-like wisdom, which can transform any anger and clean stiff feelings. No reflection in a mirror sticks to it, and none repels it.
