Pretty, little, vintage, French, double handled, 1.8mm, handmade, copper oval cocotte / casserole pot collection with lid

Very pretty, small, vintage, French, professional quality, double handled 1.8mm handmade, copper oval cocotte / casserole pot with lid and bronze handles with copper rivets. Stamped "Made in France". Circa 1960's - 1980's.

The exterior copper of this pretty little cocotte is in generally very good condition, with no dents or splits. It does naturally have light surface scratching, pitting and tarnishing, relevant to its age, use and cleaning. The base does have slightly heavier scratching and pitting, due to age, cleaning and use. The internal tinning is complete but does show tarnishing and scratching, due to age, cleaning and use. The twin, high quality, bronze handles, are firmly fixed to the pan via 2 high quality, copper rivets.

The copper exterior of the lid, is in generally very good condition with no dents or splits but does show light surface scratching, pitting and tarnishing, due to age, cleaning and use. The tinning of the lid is complete but tarnished, due to age cleaning and use. The single high quality bronze handle is fixed firmly to the lid, via 2 high quality copper rivets.
A pretty little, vintage, French, copper casserole dish and a wonderful addition to any kitchen.
