No train or additional track included. This set goes with and connects to the other pieces in the Theme Park collection like the Epcot sphere or the Magic Kingdom (not included). No box included. Rated good only because I don't have the box. collection The hotel and track is packaged as disassembled but is easy to put together, and is light weight for storage.
