An Original Fox Portrait in Pastel

Image measures 9 1/2" wide by 12" tall with about an inch of paper margin on all sides.

Pastels on sanded card (a stiff paper with a sandy texture that grips the pigment).

I think this fox portrait has achieved what I wanted to do. I like to make the eyes the most important and soulful part of the painting and I think that collection was accomplished beautifully.

Sold unframed to keep the buyer's cost down as much as possible.
