This is a spectacular Royal Doulton "Christmas Parcels" woman figurine Christmas collection. It depicts a woman from the 1880's elegantly dress in her collection green with white bonnet and green long coat. The coat a shoulder shawl that connect to the coat with a white strap with buttons in front. She is holding a parasol umbrella. Her hair is grey and seems to be in bun. She is has lots Christmas presents near her including one in her hand and a small tree, hence the name. The details of this piece are magnificent and look very realistic. She has a beautiful somber face and is incredibly detailed. This piece was first introduced in 1977 from the Christmas classics. The figurine is high glazed. It's 9" tall. The Royal Doulton is displayed at the bottom with the item's numbers. No cracks or chips. Excellent condition. No original box or papers. Original price is $225.
