POSTER: Saturday Evening Post Cover dated June 26, 1954 by collection Stevan Dohanos

This original poster was used to advertise a weekly edition of The Saturday Evening Post, at collection a time when the magazine cost 15 cents. The fisherman on the cover was illustrated by renowned American Illustrator, Stevan Dohanos. Dohanos resided in Westport, CT., but loved to travel within New England to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Maine. This poster has slight masking tape at the top, but is perfect for framing. It has retained its original color remarkably.
