Vintage Valentine collection Angel Planter with red and purple polkadots looks like Shafford retro midcentury

This angel is kicking up her heels dancing—she is adorable with her pigtails and swinging dress that has red and purple polkadots. This is a planter—the planter container itself is soft pink and the angel has gold accents on her wings and dress and her little slippers are also gold. She has a white bow on one of her Pippi Longstocking pigtails—cuteness!

No chips cracks or repairs. There is a spot that is unglazed on the side of the base. It looks like it is from manufacturing and not a chip, a pic is included. There are some flea bites in the gold on her foot that is up in the air and some green on the bottom. Unmarked—she looks to me like she is made by Shafford. Shafford Angels are narrow—that is, narrow front to back—and often have this kind of swinging skirt/dress.
